We offer support to adults aged 18+ using individually tailored support programmes aimed at maximising independence in all aspects of daily living and integration within the local community. This is achieved through use of various interventions and encouraging positive behaviours. We aim to provide high quality user led support, which enables Service Users to enjoy life as we promote independence, building confidence and resilience.
Appropriate levels of assistance is offered to Service Users balanced with enabling them to reach their full potential.
All residential support offered meets individual requirements with use of person centred approach thereby respecting each individual’s holistic needs (physical, emotional, social, educational and spiritual).
Our Principle Objectives

To support young people aged 18+ to have their own tenancies thereby having a place to call home.
To support young people to develop fulfilling and independent lives in their local communities with proportionate risk management
To work closely with local authorities, community teams, families social workers and any relevant stakeholder thereby enhancing the young person’s journey to independent adulthood.
